简介

Liden et al(2014)在其2008年开发的服务型领导问卷基础上,在28个题项7个维度中选取每个维度最高负荷题项,编制了缩减版的问卷。

信度与效度

Liden et al(2014)为了检验简版量表的有效性,利用独立的样本比较7个和28个题项的量表。结果显示,28个题项的量表和7个题项的量表之间的相关性为0.97,信度分别为0.96和0.87,验证性因素分析表明简版量表具有较好的拟合度:CFI=0.99,NFI=0.97,GFI=0.96,SRMR=0.03,RMSEA=0.07。
