简介

义务的履行是心理契约研究的前提(Rousseau, 1989),也就是说,当员工感觉到组织“未能履行承诺的义务” (Robinson & Rousseau, 1994, p. 247)时,心理契约违背(Psychological contract violation)便会发生,因此会触发一种强烈的情绪反应 (Morrison & Robinson, 1997)。更具体而言,这种违背通常表现为感情,例如背叛、失望、沮丧、愤怒和怨恨(Morrison & Robinson, 1997; Rousseau, 1989)。
