简介

自我效能是指个人相信他们具有通过自己的行动使事情发生的能力。一般自我效能作为一种稳定的个性特质, 是个体应对、处理新的或困难情境的一种总体性自信程度。

信度与效度

研究者们对54名参与MBA项目、且有九年左右管理经验的的管理者进行了问卷调查,第一次收集数据,一般自我效能量表的内部一致性系数为0.85,第二次为0.88,有较好的信度。

量表

请您根据自己的实际感受和体会,用下面8项描述对您的感受进行评价和判断,并在最符合的数字上划○。评价和判断的标准如下: 1 非常不同意 2 不同意 3有点不同意 4 不太确定 5有点同意 6 同意 7 非常同意

1.I will be able to achieve most of the goals that I have set for myself.
2.When facing difficult tasks, I am certain that I will accomplish them.
3.In general, I think that I can obtain outcomes that are important to me.
4.I believe I can succeed at most any endeavor to which I set my mind.
5.I will be able to successfully overcome many challenges.
6.I am confident that I can perform effectively on many different tasks.
7.Compared to other people, I can do most tasks very well.
8.Even when things are tough, I can perform quite well.
