Extent of Trust-based Governance Scale 基于信任的治理程度量表

简介

基于信任的治理是指交易过程中规范的存在程度，也就是如期履行合约的预期程度。包括在履行合约的过程中，双方互动、互信、灵活地进行信息交换的行为。

信度与效度

为收集数据，Carson, S. J., Madhok, R., & John, G. (2003)先购买了来自商业列表经纪人的联系人列表，其中包括2,600个随机抽样样本的名称和地址，随后与这些人取得联系，确定他们对相关的调查有足够的知识。如果没有足够的知识，就再联系另一个。最终筛选出573名有资格进行调查的人，其中有405人同意参加。邮寄发送问卷后跟进，最终有129份可用于调查。REL = 0.807;χ2(5) = 3.629, p = 0.604, GFI = 0.989，说明效度良好。
