简介
Dennis & Winston(2003)对Page & Wong(2000)开发的服务型领导自我评价量表(Self-Assessment of Servant Leadership Scale)进行因素分析,将量表中的99个题目减少为20个题目,从12个因子中得到愿景、授权和服务三个有效因子。
信度与效度
Dennis & Winston(2003)共调查了529位参与者,有效问卷514份。结果表明愿景、授权和服务三个分量表的信度分别为0.94、0.97、0.89。

服务型领导自我评价量表(简版)包括愿景、授权和服务3个分量表,共23道题,可以分别计算各自量表所包括题目的总分或平均分,每个分量表包括的题目如下:
1.服务:共5道题,具体包括第1-5题。
2. 愿景:共8道题,具体包括第6-13题。
3. 授权:共10道题,具体包括第14-23题。
